Qualified candidates will have a book of business and/or the ability to bring in and grow new business. Individuals must possess an entrepreneurial spirit, have excellent communication skills, and be motivated by personal sales growth and overall company profitability. You will be responsible to manage grower and customer relationships, knowledgeable in perishable transportation, and able to analyze both the produce and transportation markets. Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills are a must.
